The staff here is super kind and helpful!Ahoora helped us with a number of printing inquiries and helped us meet our deadline. We were really grateful. We have also shipped here in the past and the staff made it simple and quick.I now only come to this location.

I moved to Toronto from Alberta a little over a year ago and, as it turns out, it is a NIGHTMARE for me to access my driving records in order to secure insurance. So the day I went into this UPS location, I was tired, stressed out, and anxious about filling out paperwork correctly, and this location was BUSY at the moment. There were at least 4 other customers in the store who were at various stages of getting their shipping needs met by Lobat, the manager, who was working at the counter. She was so calm, friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout the whole experience. TRULY a professional in both her mannerisms, and her ability to multi-task under pressure. She didn’t make me feel rushed, she didn’t make me feel bad if I became confused or made mistakes. She made the whole experience SO pleasant for me! Will absolutely return to this location when I need speedy mail deliveries. Thanks Lobat!

Came here to print a large order of marketing materials for conference after being turned away by multiple Staples locations who claimed to be too busy. Lobat was able to take our order immediately and was extremely helpful. I have printed similar orders in the past and she was by far and away the most efficient. It took a few hours and she even stayed late to make sure our order was complete and to save us from having to come back and check the job the next morning. We really appreciated her excellent service and will happily print here in future years!

Never in my life have I had such a poor customer service experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was evident that the women there did not want to help me.I was looking to ship 13 boxes to Ottawa for my work. She said I needed to have shipping labels printed which included the weight and dimensions. I told her I did not have these and do not have a scale- this seemed to upset her. I asked if she could help me with this and she looked me straight in the eye (while wearing a UPS t-shirt at a UPS store) and said I need to help my customers

My experience with UPS has been terrible. It took me 45 minutes this morning to change the delivery address. I tried to do it on their website but it wouldn’t link the package and my account. They repeatedly tried to push me back to their website which I stated ten times did not work for me. Eventually someone was able to help but then I was charged to change to delivery address, even though they never left an address of where I could attempt to pick up my package. What a scam.Additionally routinely UPS is responsible for delivering packages to my office and never attempt to deliver and just leave. They do not use the doorbell and just leave even though you are there. Terrible service

I recently moved to the States and had to ship everything I owned across the border. This included fragile items like computer monitors. It was all taken care of by the store and everything arrived within 2 days of shipping in perfect condition! Thank you to the hard working individuals at this store for the fantastic service.

The UPS's store at Christie and Bloor has been my business of choice for all printing, faxing, photocopying, and mailing matters. The owners are incredibly efficient, helpful, reliable, and kind. I've had nothing but positive experiences in this business for over 5 years!!!

I LOVE THIS UPS STORE! They have always been unfailingly kind, helpful, good-humoured and incredibly patient with all my complicated emails (remember? about the horrors of Greek bureaucracy?) and print-outs. Sometimes I think they will tell me to stop already, enough with these secretarial tasks, but they never do (and I don't want to push my luck.) Azar also recommended that I use other mail services if I wanted a lower price . . . but the other place was almost as expensive and not nearly as helpful. So. I learned my lesson and if I have to courier something, I know where to go. A few dollars more is SO worth it. Not to mention the printer, the computer, the excellent large-scale printing (we have a beautiful large format photo print in our house from this place) and the GREAT Patience of the staff. We are so lucky to have them in the neighbourhood! Thank you, you two!
