I walked in and asked about some real plants for my tank and wasn’t even greeted and the younger male clerk just pointed over there.Went over and there was a female worker who made me feel like I was unwanted and didn’t even say hello.I bought 3 plants and the whole time everyone was rude and the customer service is the worst I’ve had anywhere.Will tell everyone I know to avoid this place and go elsewhere where they appreciate your business.The owner will respond with some lame excuse.

Excellent variety of plants and livestock. Lots of great hardscape and other supplies too. I avoid the tank display area since I already have 5 tanks, but they also have a large number of tanks to choose from! The staff are very helpful and the fish and other animals always look well cared for. Getting into the parking lot can be a little confusing, but definitely stop by if you're in Surrey!

Ive been keeping aquariums for 40 years. My experience is that the fish at Rogers is better than other fish stores in the lower Mainland. They know how to quarantine before selling and the fish and plants are just healthier. Prices are competitive. Great selection but the customer service could be improved. I find some staff act as if its a burden to take questions especially if its not their department. The owner is great and very helpful.

Our go to place for all things reptiles! They have a great selection of products for all types of reptiles! The staff is always so helpful too. One of the staff members, I forgot his name, helped my son by walking through the store and picking out supplies to put together his bio active enclosure for his new gecko!

Kudos to all the staff for always making me feel welcome. I tend to ask a ton of questions and they are so willing to help me and do not get annoyed. Love chatting with Simon, they know a lot about crested geckos and other things! The store has huge selection for reptile accessories and decently priced! Always enjoy my visit here. P.S I met a great new friend here, she brought her snake into the store with her and let me hold her, we bonded over the animals and hang out now.

Although the staff were really kind, I don't know that I will return for fish/aquarium items. I am not an aquatic expert, but a few things dimmed the experience for me. There was a fish tank that looked infested with worms and it made me wonder about the overall quality of care. I also purchased some fish and asked about their requirements, and the staff member said they didn't have any special needs, very easy to care for. The fish were hiding in a cave for a week and looking very stressed, and after more research I found that they do have very specific requirements, and that my tank would not be an ideal environment... its a shame because I want the fish to have a good quality of life and I can't currently supply that without creating a new tank for them. Also, I was charged for 6 fish, instead of the 5 I selected, which I saw on my drive home and didn't want to turn around and drive all the way back to rectify.

Good stock & competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. I placed an online order and received an item that was different from the pictures on their website. Rick responded to my email within a couple of hours, and immediately offered a resolution to rectify the situation. Honesty & integrity in business is priceless - this left an excellent first impression, and I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
