Trash support team. The staff will promise good prices blah blah and be super nice right before you sign a contract. They’ll be on spot and insanely smart when you’re signing up with them. Once you’ve signed the contract or even a BYOP plan, they don’t even give a slight care about you. They literally treat you like garbage and ask you to call their phone line which are Indians saying you have to pay them like 800$ for a technical mistake that virgin did. I’ve been with virgin for 4 years and now this stupidity. I changed right away. I’m not kidding, just change providers go with something with good support. Thank me later.
