Had a coomon issue with an older Silverado. Battery not charging. Alot of posts online describing that replacing Alternator and battery does not fix problem. Alectric rebuildets diagnosed that the stock alternator did not have sufficient ampage for an aging vehicle. Their knowledge an insight got me up an running.they are 5 star service to me. Thank you

Absolutely love this guy. Not once, but twice he helped me above and beyond what any one would expect. He came to my house driving over the bridge, at ten o'clock at night grabbed my alternator took it back to the west side in the snow. Brought my repaired alternator back to me, just so I could get to work the next day. He is a very straight up, and honest man. I dont know what I would have done without his help and unbelievable act of kindness. Thank you Alec for being there for me.No other would have done this for me. I am very grateful there are still people in the world like him. I recommend him to any one.

He has a great deal on tires,if he's in the mood to go out and look for your sizeThe guy is kind of rude on the phone,but pleasant enough in person. His price range seems to vary between your first visit,and paying time. Ive had mixed results with this place,but will not bother to take another appointment with him as he always sounds way to busy.The markup on parts is real.Expect to get yelled at on the phone if you suggest providing your own parts

Absolutely horrible old man who should not be running a business. Looks for every opportunity to complain and whine about something. Took my alternator there to be repaired since i thought it would be a bit cheaper than buying a new one. Turns out the guy took 5 hours" on my alternator and tried to charge me $476. I just told him to keep it and ordered a brand new one for $220. THIS GUY IS A SCAM ARTIST AND A GRUMPY OLD MAN WHO HAS NO BUSINESS DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!"

This guy loves confrontation. When asked for a receipt he lost his mind. He used to do good work and I trusted his service. It turns out there was nothing wrong with a starter I brought in recently, assuring me the solenoid needed to be replaced when there was nothing wrong with the old one. Not sure what his problem is, he's not worth the hassle. Unfortunately I will use RockAuto instead of supporting this guy again.

I'm not going to go on and on leaving a long review that no one will read. But I will say this: Through thick and thin, Alec helped diagnos my G37S electric problem when no one else could. An extremely rare car these days, he researched until he knew that car inside out. And he was more than fare with his pricing. Where can you find that these days! NO WHERE. Go to Alec. And he has a good sense of humour too!

This is the first time i used this ALECTRIC and it will be the last. I called to see for price on a new or rebuilt alt. for my wife's KiA. Alec said to bring in the old one and he would rebuild it which he did at a very decent price. When i went to pick it up, he was so rude and unprofessional. At one point was even yelling at me. I told him that the battery was new, cables were good.The car running was showing 14.5 volts but no to little amp. This is sure signs of a alt. He almost screamed at me and said what kind of meter did you use" I told him that it was a 650.dollar SNAP ON with an amp clamp. I also said to him that i was a retired HDMECH and I was in the industry for 40 years. What did you work on he asked very loudly. What does it matter i replied.I think after 40 years I know how to test electrical components. Then I left. He said i need the car here to test the system for warranty. I will not take the car to him to be treated like that again. I think he's bipolar."

Straight forward to the point old school kinda guy with all that entails. No BS given and none taken. If you are looking for that 21st century, pamper the customer, get a latte while you wait in the show room experience, Alec is probably not for you. If you want the most knowledgeable guy in the business and work done for a fair price Alec is your man. He is awesome, willing to go out of his way to help you get back up and running. Some are Jack of all trades he is for sure a master of this trade. Age and wisdom deserve respect, show some and you will be treated like gold.
