My husband and I went to buy new appliances. Trevor (sales associate), was extremely helpful, friendly and eager with helping us to find the right appliances. I was very impressed with his customer service and how knowledgeable he was about the process of ordering the appliances we wanted as well as when we could expect them to arrive. I told him that we could only have them delivered on a Saturday evening He was able to accommodate our request. It was a great experience and we will shop there again.

I bought a TV on Black Friday. Was told it would show up following Friday. Called them to pick it up they said it didn’t fit on the truck. Promised to deliver it on Thursday. Never showed up and they never answered their phone. SUPER disappointed in there customer service.

I am extremely happy with Trevor at the Brick in Terrace. I originally bought some appliances and then had to return them because I thought we were not going to buy the house. I then had to go back and buy different appliances when I realized I would be buying but renting the house. Trevor made all the transactions seamless.He is polite, knowledgeable and very helpful in taking the time to find the perfect appliances for the house. I would absolutely recommend the Brick terrace for their price, service and going the extra mile!! Great job!

We went into the Terrace Brick, and dealt with Trevor, who was very helpful. Trevor made this a very easy experience, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I teally appreciate that he made himself available while not being pushy, gave us the info we needed to make an informed choice, then let us decide.

Great experience in store! We walked in with some very last minute requests, and our Sales Specialist Trevor was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. We were able to walk out with a brand new mattress and some furniture to boot, despite this location being mostly a showcase location. Thanks so much for the assistance Trevor, we had a great nights sleep thanks to you. I would highly recommend dealing with this location. I know we will in the future!

Had a great experience with help from one of the guys at the store named Trevor. I bought a fridge and a dishwasher and he helped me pick out exactly what I needed and in my budget. Trevor wasn't pushy from a sales perspective but had all the information I was looking for to make my decision. I've installed the dishwasher already and am super happy with it, but am waiting for the fridge to ship up from the warehouse down south. He has kept me up to date on the delivery date. Will definitely be going back to talk to him when I decide to upgrade my gas oven next year.

Very happy customers.Now that the Brick is under new management we've just had a great time shopping there. Buying stylish furniture here was a breeze with Trevor and Will that provide great customer service: attentive, on-point, resourceful and had answers and options about their products. The Brick in Terrace had us comfortable within minutes. They helped us navigate the sales and we've 'pulled the trigger today on awesome studio furniture.The financing company Desjardin were very professional

I don't give 5 stars easily but this experience was worth it :) This was the first time in a lot of years that I actually enjoyed shopping at the Brick in Terrace. The management has changed and they were very helpful, trustworthy and accommodating. Trevor helped us choose the right dishwasher and explained options for warrantee and installation. Very impressed! I will definitely be thinking of the Brick in the future.
