Love the service at Mt.Brydges Ford. Currently they are in full Covid clean mode. My car was wiped down going in and out of the service. They are super efficient and easy to work with for virtually any service needs. A very well run operation.Back to normal at MBF. Busy as ever, but still have time to provide the best service. Best dealer in the area.

I walked in and was met by a sales guy named Al. Told this guy what I wanted, and what I'd pay. Not only did he give me what I was looking for, he went above and beyond. Gave me his cell saying text if I needed anything. If they keep there service to this standard, I'll be a life long customer

They have serviced my motorhome since we purchased it in 2016 and every year my impression gets better and better of Mt Brydges Ford. Even though they did not manufacture my motorhome, they welcome my Ford based chassis without hesitation. The staff are warm and welcoming, definitely interested in making sure my concerns are addressed. The service they provide is thorough and that gives a sense of confidence that my vehicle is road worthy. It's not often you leave a dealership feeling you are getting your money's worth, but I sure do with this place.

The dealership was flexible with my trade-in and I feel I got a reasonable deal. They are always very busy on the sales side though - which could be frustrating. Overall I recommend them but you need to have patience.

Mt. Brydges Ford is such a rare find. It’s not often you have a dealership and shop that you can honestly trust. My family has been doing business with them for a long time, for very good reason. I will continue to drive from out of town to come here and have my car serviced, won’t ever go anywhere else.
