Fired chicken is delicious and definitely should try. Cheesy corn was tasty but was not worth 12$. It s clean and welcoming ambience.

Definitely worth visiting. Don't order a full portion unless you're planning on sharing. Way too much for one adult. Service was abit average but overall a decent fried chicken experience

I went to Chimac today with my father, and it was a fantastic experience. We ordered the Cheese Corn to share, I had the Spicy Chili Boneless Chicken and a bottle of Peach Soju, my father had the Garlic Soy Boneless, both half orders.Starting at the Cheese Corn, while it didn't blow my socks off it was a very good appetizer for us, and my father enjoyed it quite a lot. It was similar to Creamed Corn, with a bit more flavour in the sauce and flavour from the cheese on top. It was a perfect size to share between us 2.The chicken was beyond stellar. The heat of the Chili chicken was perfect, warmed my mouth exactly right and complimented the sweetness incredibly. The Garlic Soy was also fantastic, despite not being saucy like the Chili it was in no way less flavourful nor dry. Both were cooked perfectly, moist and tender with a bit of a crunch from the breading. Best chicken I've eaten no doubt. The Soju was a great compliment as well, the glass it came with was great for small gulps in-between bites.It did take a little while for us to be served and have our orders taken, but the food came out very quick once we were helped. Big shout-out to the service as well, she was all alone in greeting, seating, taking orders, serving and washing down tables but she kept at a swift pace and a patient demeanor.If you want some good chicken, this place is absolutely a must-go.

Amazing delicious food!!! Great crispy fried chicken, and the best food to money ratio i didn't expect! The calamari was grat and really crisp! I got the creamy onion chicken, for 19$ i got what looked like a whole shredded onion and 8 or more peices of boneless chicken

Pa dak was not good for us. Firstly they did not have boneless chicken available, so they offered bone-in chicken as an alternative. The chicken lacked the desired crispiness, and the batter was a bit bland. Additionally, the sauce had an unpleasant taste, reminiscent of nail polish, so we decided to return it after sampling just one piece. Despite this, we were still charged for the entire dish.On a positive note, the dumplings and assorted fries were delicious, providing the only redeeming aspect of the meal.

Quite underwhelming if you are looking for korean fried chicken, the chicken is not very crispy and there was entirely too much green onion in the dish, although the meat was very tender. We also got the pork stew and that was pretty delicious in terms of the pork being stewed properly and fell apart. I did not feel like the broth was very authentic tasting though and there was a lot of pepper.The resturant is quite busy and there is a waitlist for spots if it is a weekend. The service is not bad, although they did run out of rice when I wanted to order some to go. Overall not bad, but I wouldn't come here for the chicken.

Surprised to find this gem in Victoria. Casual vibe and their Spicy Chilli Chicken with a side of kimchi & spring onions is really tasty!Also enjoyed a bowl of seafood noodle soup on a rainy day. This one must be eaten fresh as I had some left over - doesn't taste the same a day later. Good portions.

Really really good Korean fried chicken with tradtional options too. As of April 12th 2023, best prices in the city for Korean food. Friendly young staff. Cant say enough good things
