I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon.They were very prompt. I could not believe all the lint that was in the dryer vent! My dryer is working much better now. Thank you Steam-X

Called them asking to speak with someone who was not there and they were incredibly rude saying 'hell no they aren't here' with an attitude and then hung up. Would never event want to consider their services if this is how they answer their phones.

Bob did a great job cleaning our carpets and I would not even consider anyone else next time. He is very reasonable with his prices and he shows up when he's supposed to.
