Storring Septic Service

Had a great experience with Storring who came out to our new property to inspect and pump the septic. The folks who came out were on time, friendly and very helpful. Will use again!

Called them to check our septic system as we were getting a strong sewage odor, gurgling noises and sewage pooling above ground. He walked over the septic bed with a metal hanger and said it was working perfectly well. They pumped out the septic which didn't need to be done and charged $325.00. The issue persisted. We called them back and they said they were too busy and would come back when they had the time. The issue was getting worse and worse. 3 weeks later, we called a local company from Westport. He found and fixed a pipe that had loosened from the tank to the bed , he repumped the tank, made sure all the pipes were fully supported with gravel and charged $200.00. I called Storring back to ask for a partial refund or discount on our next pump out and they could not have cared less. They had no interest in even discussing it with us.

We were quoted $50-100 for an outhouse cleanout. I thought that was a great price and our outhouse is only 2 years old. They billed me $325, and said that quote was only if you also had a septic tank. When I called, the lady on the phone said that was her mistake and it’s happened before, but did not offer any discount.

Amazing customer service! We were able to get an appointment to have our holding tank pumped...same day with a moment's notice. Very thankful and appreciative ☺️

It’s 4 times now that we’ve called to have our tank emptied and they have not come even if We have a service contract with them. They have not been reliable with us.

They do not show up , or return your calls. They are not professional at all. Do not give them your time or money.

Always here on short notice and they can pump uphill from our storage tank.
