The salon has done an incredible work. The nail technician was really creative and I really satisfied with the nail art design.Highly recommend!!!!I will definitely come back again!

My nails came out awful, they don't care about quality here and misquote prices. Take your money elsewhere!

Third visit for a pedicure. Have been most satisfied with the staff and made to feel welcome not to mention an excellent pedicure at a reasonable price. Will be coming back here when needed.

This place is usually very good and convenient location. This last time the pedicure they gave my mom was bad. When she got home she realized her heel was bleeding. Toenails not clipped properly. Man at front desk too busy on cell phone to allow us to pay, so woman who was giving someone else a pedicure came running to the front.Poor customer service. Usually good. Had goid experiences before, but I would not go there again.

I did couple time manicure and gel color here in the passing years, all is good experience. But today I met very bad service with the lady who’s name seems Kathy(she is short hair, a little bit fat shape figure, work this salon a LING time ago, every time I went there, I always saw her ) I went to salon and check whether available space for me, she said 12:45PM, I confirmed it was ok for me then I went to Walmart store to buy some daily staffs. When I was back at appointment time to nail salon. 2 ladies were receiving service from staffs. When Kathy saw me back, she said she didn’t hear what I confirmed the appointment time. When I asked whether there is available in the whole afternoon, she said rudely NO. I asked many times but nobody answered me(only 2 staffs in the store today) . I just stand in the recipient desk. That is very bad experience what I met in Canada. Kathy’s attitude is so bad and unprofessional. Hope the owner can realize what happened today. I won’t go this nail and recommend my friends to be here in the future if such staff’s attitude like Kathy.

I am super picky with my nails, and I was so happy when I discovered Regal Nails Abbotsford. I have now been a customer for a couple years, and it is the only place I’ll go to get my nails done. I have never been disappointed, and have always received great service. Everything in the salon is always clean, and I’ve never had any issues. I get so many compliments on my nails and suggest this place to everyone who asks! Definitely my favourite place in Abbotsford to get your nails done.

The service here was terrible. He was so unfriendly and I was feeling bad while I was there. He didn't say anything when I got scratches. Don't waste your money.
