Great experience in a beautiful setting and the ladies there are lovely. I've had 4 various spa treatments from Bliss and all have exceeded my expectations. I especially like their monthly specials which has great value for the services they bundle together. I'm looking forward to see what special April brings!

Bliss really is rightly named. Yesterday I had my first facial by Nicole and it truly was blissful. The Spa was beautiful and immaculate. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional. As I wasn't sure which facial to choose, Nicole first assessed my skin and recommended the best product to address my concerns. The whole process felt wonderful. I completely lost track of time. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hand massage with paraffin. Altogether, a truly fabulous pampering experience! I will be back.

I always love my experience here. Their lay down pedicure in the garden is one of my favourite with my husband or small group of friends. I have had many facials and medical aesthetician facials, pedicures and they have excellent items in their shop for gifts!! Highly recommend Nicole! I’ve got my family hooked on this spa too.

I had a brow shaping appointment at Bliss recently and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. My eyebrows turned out great and the staff was lovely. Plus, felt very confident in their safety measures. Definitely would come back!

The spa requested I review their services after my appointment last month. I did not receive any response back, which was surprising due to my experience.I was 5 months pregnant at the time and very excited for my half day of treatments at Bliss Spa. Although I did not expect a meal to be provided, I was disappointed to find out that they do not offer a lounge area with tea or snack bar while waiting or in between treatments. 4 hours is a long time to go without food or drink, and not once was I even offered a glass of water! It felt like the spa was unprepared for clients booked with multiple treatments. I was left for 10 minutes sitting on a bench in a cold hallway with my clothes in my hands after a relaxing massage. It just wasn’t the level of service I have experienced at previous spas. On top of this, I called two days ahead to ensure I could have my gel polish removed instead of the polish application that was included in my pedicure. The person I spoke with said it was no problem and added this service to my file. Upon arrival, the provider was not made aware of this and said it was not actually possible for her to do.Although this provider was incredibly kind, it felt as though she, and my other provider had no experience with pregnant women. During my 4hr stay, I spent 3hrs flat on my back (which would’ve been longer if I had not asked to be sat up more, or for a pillow under my knees). Any provider who is dealing with pregnant women should know it is unsafe for them to lay flat on their backs for extended periods. Even while laying face down, I have always had RMT’s slide pillows under my shoulders for extra support. I realize I could have asked for this, but I try to be as low maintenance as possible for my treatments and did not want to make multiple requests. I was hoping the provider would have noticed how rounded my shoulders were as well as my neck and head being completely out of alignment due to the pregnancy mould.I found it odd that I was not asked about my skin before products were selected for my facial..nor was I shown what was used. All I know is that my skin felt like an oil slick after, and even two days later, my skin does not feel or look the way it typically does post facial. I have a feeling the products that were used may have been too heavy for my skin type, which is typically blemish prone. It was also shocking to see how many times this provider had to leave the room during my treatments. I think I counted 7 times overall. This was interesting because I had a friend mention this about her experience as well prior to my visit. Overall I was expecting a much higher standard considering the amazing reviews from so many others. Very disappointing.

Beautiful boutique spa. So relaxing with private rooms, heated beds and the option to book the private garden suite for when you and a friend want to get a treatment done together. Highly recommend!

I’ve had great visits at this spa and would recommend it to anyone looking for some quality pampering. The spa is beautiful, tidy and calm. The staff that welcome you in are professional and accommodating, and the spa therapists providing the services are knowledgeable and lovely. Worth booking in!!

Without a doubt the best wax experience I’ve ever had with incredible results. I was genuinely mind blown with how minimal the pain was. Super impressed with all the staffs professionalism and kindness I will definitely be back soon!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Bliss, and more specifically with Nina Timm. I had the 60 minute Hydrabrasion Treatment, which left my skin feeling nourished and hydrated! I am still feeling the benefits of this treatment a few weeks later andI have had so many friends compliment me on how glowy my skin looks. It was very relaxing and gentle and and left me wanting to come back for more. Well done Nina!

What a relaxing spa! I have been to Bliss several times over the course of the pandemic and I have always been so impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to health and safety. When coming to a place to relax, not having to worry about potentially contracting the virus is very important to me. I know what a struggle it is to accommodate everyone, and my hat goes off to all the details they've implemented while navigating through the Public Health orders.A special shout out to Rachel, the esthetician I've had for all of my visits so far. She was so lovely and her calming demeanor and skills made the experience that much better. I could tell how important cleanliness was to her, as she explained each precaution she was taking.THANK YOU Bliss spa for such a continuously spectacular experience.
