When Nick took over the pharmacy, there was a noticeable and immediate improvement in every way. You walk in, and there is always a friendly face and always ready with a smile to greet you...by name. From the beginning, Nick has been upgrading all of their systems to make it easier to order or re-order prescriptions, to get in touch either through their app, email or just a phone call. Nothing is ever too much trouble. As for the knowledge of all of the pharmacists, they are unequalled. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the example that all pharmacies should follow. We have been going to Carl’s Pharmacy for about 23 years now, and the level of care is absolutely outstanding! Nick and his team explain any medication that is prescribed, and any questions that my husband Kevin and I have are answered thoroughly by Nick.We both had our 3rd vaccine yesterday (booster). It took under 5 minutes to register and receive the booster administered by Nick. He was gentle and I did not feel the needle (hate needles!). Nick explained possible side effects (we had none) and told us to contact him with any concerns that we may have.Port Credit is indeed fortunate to have a pharmacy like Carl’s.

Book your vaccine online, follow all the simple instructions and they even email reminders. If you're curious what type of vaccine they offer just give them a call. Their phone tree is set up to assist you quick as possible.Nick, the Head Pharmacist was so pleasant to deal with. As someone who is scared of needles, he sure made my day with his great sense of humour - making me forget the needle.The waiting area is simple, where staff can keep an eye on you in case anything rises. I also had the opportunity to look through their products and found the prices are less than big box stores.Thanks Nick and staff, I found a pharmacy that I can trust. I'll definitely have my prescriptions handled here going forward.

Nick and his team are fantastic! he greets us by name, is very friendly and attentive, and always goes the extra mile. I had some troubles with my last prescription (from the doctors office side) and the team sent multiple faxes and made multiple phones calls to get it fixed. I was so impressed and grateful!Although there is terrible construction on Hurontario, they are still open for business!! Our family has been going there for over 40 years :)
