MyHealth Centre - Oshawa - Nuclear Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine & Bone Density

The staff, from the front desk to all of the nurses, were wonderful. So kind, helpful and friendly.

Staff were super friendly! Bone mineral density scan was fast. I was in and out within 20 min.

The staff are very kind. They eased my nervousness. They were very diligent with cleaning the waiting area chairs. It was a very calm atmosphere.

It was my first time at this location. The staff were so friendly, respectful and professional. They always introduced themselves, explained the procedures in detail and asked me if I had any questions. The staff also treated each other respectfully. I felt so cared for. They had such comfortable padded chairs that are nicely distanced in the waiting room. Even their procedure chairs and beds were comfortable. Curtains were always pulled to ensure as much privacy as could be given. I saw there was a “star of the week” bulletin board behind the receptionist desk, which to me means they care about their own staff. I hope other doctors would refer their patients here if they need procedures done that are offered by this place.

I was scheduled to have my second of 2 heart stress tests. Unfortunately I became terribly ill before the test. The nurses were so kind to me. Their care for me went above and beyond their duties. Everyone there from reception to nurses were so very kind.

All staff were friendly and kind. The office was clean. Everything was on time with little to no waiting. Friendly conversation to help you feel more comfortable was much appreciated. They even offered tea after my testing which was very welcome after 48 hrs without one :) 10/10 experience would recommend

Everyone was so friendly! The office was cleaned and disinfected after every patient, even the chairs! The technicians explained everything that the process involved. I couldn't believe it when I was given a freshly brewed coffee and a bag of peanuts. Now that sure doesn't happen in every waiting room! I felt safe and assured with the test I received.

Friendly staff . Free parking. I was in and out quickly. I had forgotten to wear appropriate clothing for my test and there wasn’t a proper change room . I was directed to the office across the hall which was ok. Perhaps a reminder of what to wear before the client arrives would be helpful . Overall a very good experience.

This was a very positive experience. Everything ran on time and all of the staff were very good at what they do.

Reception staff was efficient and pleasant. Bone density technician was very thorough and the procedure was quick. The waiting room was comfortable with a large tv and seats were sanitized after client use. The parking lot was easy to find and there were ample spaces.
