I've been coming here for years and I'm feel like I'm treated like a family friend. They remember who you are and it genuine. The tech used is purposeful and the location is incredibly convenient at Bay station (it's reachable by underground from the station).I've had bad experiences with eye exams in the past and in all my time here, I've never had one here. This includes the dialation test!I trust Dr. Pal and her team with my care without question.Thanks to everyone on the team and a special shout out to Dr. Pal!

Love this place! I went today after years of going elsewhere, and wow what a difference. Staff is so helpful and friendly. The doctor was informative and detail-oriented. She really took her time to explain everything and provide me with the best advice. I had a great appointment.Dr. Pal & her staff were wonderful, efficient & personable! As a new client, I am happy to say that I have found my favorite one-stop for all my eye needs.Ps. They have the coolest equipment!

Brilliant! I had a BlephEx treatment by Denoshaa and she did an amazing job. She was very kind and understanding and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment.My eyes feel soo much better after the treatment! She also recommend products to help the ongoing treatment of my eyes. Reception Staff was also extremely nice!Already recommended them to several other people and will continue to do so! I have a post concussive vision disorder and Dr. Shirley Blanc has been extremely helpful over the last few years. Her whole team I'd A1. Sid talked me into a forward fashion, edgy frame for my dimming progressives and a solid Maui Jim choice with rose frame and tint for the sunny weather.They worked hard for me to be able to pick them up on the way to the airport. My experience at Dr. Shalu Pal & Associates’ office was a good one. I found Dr. Blanc, who examined me, to be very patient, attentive, and understanding when trying to find a solution to my visual issues. The other office associates, including Sid, were very professional and exhibited A+ customer service. I highly recommend anyone looking for competent doctors and high-level customer service to attend Dr. Shalu Pal & Associates’ office with their visual needs.

My last optometrist was great, but he retired. So I was happy to find an equally great optometrist in Dr Pal (and one far more conveniently located). I've been going to her for a few years now, as has my son. She's friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional, explaining everything and answering any questions I might have. She and her staff have accommodated all my requests - like putting new lenses in existing frames. And when there was an issue with my last pair of glasses she was great at fixing everything at no extra cost, and then following up to make sure everything was good. So I now have a new pair of glasses I love!

I have been with Dr. Shirley Blanc for many years. She is great! Thorough, friendly, considerate. And the office is wonderful, too. Staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile. I feel very well taken care of there!

we visited there last week due to my husband eye problems, he had a very dry eyes and having redness and getting too much irritation. We had a great experience with them. Dr. Emma karlin was our eye doctor. She observed my husband's eye very closely and take lots of time to see and understand whats was wrong. she mentioned all the things very detailed to us and give medication. Thats works very well. and give us a without cost follow up check up after one week to see the progress. My husband feel better In 5 days and still he haven't feel bad at all. I would like to thanks Dr. Emma and all the staff. All are very friendly and well behaved and place is clean as usual. It was our first visit and I totally happy with it. Thank you all. I will recommend this place for sure.

I travel from Ottawa all the way to Toronto just to see Dr. Yeung and her team. I’ve seen multiple dry eye specialists and ophthalmologists in Ottawa to deal with laser eye surgery complications and dry eye, and I’ve always felt unimportant and dismissed. This practice is totally different! I’ve NEVER felt as validated or genuinely cared for as I do by Dr. Yeung. She really wants to get to the root of the problem, instead of just throwing out usual solutions that may or may not work. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, attentive, and you can feel the astronomical difference in the level of care you’ll receive within the first few moments of your appointment. I finally feel heard, and am so relieved to have a plan in place to help me heal. For that, I’ll be forever thankful and grateful to her and her team. I’ve also had a wonderful experience doing IPL/RF with Denoshaa, who is extremely kind and fun and makes you feel so comfortable during the procedure, and a fabulous experience with Sarah, who was very patient, understanding, and helpful during the difficult process of learning the workings of scleral lenses. Sarita has also always been so sweet and helpful over the phone and over email with anything I need or any questions I have. I really can’t thank this entire team enough, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is struggling to get the care they deserve for their eyes - you WILL find it here!!
