Worst experience. They don’t address our concerns instead keep on confusing us. I asked him on call about the procedure and he didn’t explain it to me and just said you’ll receive an email. The email I received was asking for my information and to fill out the form. I had some doubts and when I reached out he confused me by using accounting terms which I had no idea about. It’s like they want us to know everything about how this works instead of explaining in general terms.As a newcomer you reach out to consultants for guidance, but instead of guiding us they insult us in the name of awareness and threaten us to report us if we don’t pay their service fee even if we don’t want to proceed with them after such an awful customer service experience. This guy Ranveer was so rude to me, I mean we don’t know the detailed procedure that’s why we are consulting you and you are lashing out at us for not providing the details. Even when we are providing the details they are throwing us an attitude that’s so unreasonable and unprofessional.My biggest mistake was contacting this consultancy for help. They don’t intend to help you. I trusted them and provided my information but they threatened to report me in possession of my own information.And if I had ghosted you I wouldn’t have paid your so called service fee. I was responsible enough to let you know that I do not want you to file my tax returns and even pay your service fee. Unlike you telling me unprofessional and hoarding money in the name of efforts and ridiculous customer service. Thank you for letting us know how well spoken you are and how do you respond to your potential clients’ concerns. And be grateful that I am only posting a google review instead of going to consumer court. At least accept your mistake and try to improve. There’s nothing wrong in agreeing to your faults because no one’s perfect.

This is my first time tax filing with the firm.Ranveer the head of the firm is quite knowledgeable.Staff is highly trained. My tax filing is done on time and I have recommended 5 more people to them, all of my friends are really satisfied. Great Service!!
