Sunset Grill
This is the best Sunset Grill location we’ve had the pleasure of having breakfast at so far! The people were so warm and friendly. Our servers Rochelle and Kathy were gracious and accommodating, the food was delicious. We also met JP who was very attentive and took the time to talk to us. Sorry forgot the name of the man manning the grill but awesome job! When they found out it was our dad’s 80th birthday, they sent over a pancake birthday cake and sang happy birthday.

I usually love dining here on my days off. I often go to the one located in Fonthill and St Catharine’s and I always order the same thing: yogurt and berries. However, I ordered that here and received tart, liquified Greek yogurt. I asked to be served a new one but was told that there was nothing wrong with the one I was given. I have had this dish many times so I knew as a regular customer that this meal was not made with fresh ingredients. Was not given new dish.

Good breakfast, good service fair price. Highly recommend if you've spent a weekend at Niagara and want to spend a bit less on your way home breakfast or lunch and have a good meal with friendly service.

Went for breakfast today, pieces of shell in my eggs, bacon came from a huge pile sitting under a heat lamp, potatoes weren’t cooked all the way through, that takes care of the food issue. Rochelle was our server , after we received our food she never once came back to the table and asked how everything was, i left almost all, of my food on the plate still and she just picked up my plate and then dropped off the bill. As we were paying at the counter, she struck up a conversation and was so nice and polite? Her boss was the one that was cashing us out in front of her, could that possibly be the reason for the sudden change in attitude? NEVER EVER Will we ever go to this location again! The sunset grill in the falls beside lowes is by far the best , best food, best staff, best atmosphere, and very clean!

Over priced for the quality of food i ordered a build your own omelet and the quality was absolutely terrible. It was burnt the items i order to be put in it was next to nothing and was missing the red peppers. The roasted potatoes were poor quality some of them were black and the coffee wasn't even hot. I paid just over $25.00 for this i did get a credit for the red peppers missing but i will definitely never go back.

My daughter and I went for a late lunch here this week. It was our first time visiting this location. It wasn't until the waitress took our order that we overheard that they were closing in 15 minutes! Despite that, we were not rushed, a fresh pot of decaf was brewed for me, our meals were delicious, and our coffees were topped up twice! We ate quickly because we felt bad they were closing. And then the waitress offered me a coffee to go so as to not waste that fresh pot of decaf she made just for me! Food was delicious and plentiful (I needed a takeout box because my omelette was so huge!). A great experience even if it was short. My commendations to the waitress and the cook. We'll definitely be back!

My meal was ok, little on the bland side but edible. My friend got a yogurt fruit bowl… the yogurt was tasting off and tart. They argued that it was fine with us so we paid out bill and left. This is a meal she gets weekly at other locations so was a little out off at this location. Won’t be back here…

Honestly this is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant.Open concept for the kitchen, fast and fresh service, friendly staff that are efficient and attentive. The food was delicious and came as fast as it was cooked. I appreciate everything about this specific location.Cheers

Nothing to dislike. Good experience! It is an owner operated place so you can vouch on receiving good service. Went at near closing time but they were very accommodating and served freshly brewed coffee with freshly cooked eggs. Good stop for your breakfast if you're in the town or on your way to Niagara Falls.

Service was horrible. Waitress took our order and entered it wrong. She never came around to ask how the meal was or to refill coffee. Then when she walked around for coffee refills, she bypassed our table. The head cook had to refill our coffee. The waitress never gave us our bill. We had to get our own takeout container. JUST AWFUL
