Great to work with. Had one stain we could not get out but that was due to me trying to remove it on my own first. Lesson learned.. Do not try to get stains out on your own...call a professional! Also great pricing, quick and efficient. Carpet looks fantastic and looks like new again! Thanks Chemdry!

This company was hired by my daughter. I was there with her when he did the job and this was the experience:Stay CLEAR! NEVER Again!!!! I had high expectations of this company and it was extremely disappointing. I would NEVER hire them again. I hired The Plains Chem Dry for two bedrooms in my house. He was done in 30 mins. I had pet stains and my carpet was older but in good shape. I had End of the Roll at my home, they said it was in too nice of shape to require replacement.Ryan the owner of Chem Dry came out and was very condescending. I told him I was not satisfied as my carpet was still dirty. He told me “it’s clean, even though it doesn’t look clean, it’s clean.” He charged me $260, and told me I need to educate myself regarding carpet cleaning. In a matter of minutes after he left, I got the stains out, which he told me would be impossible.Do NOT hire, beware!His advertisement of SATISFACTION GUARANTEED is untrue!

Amazing service. Highly recommended, brought my old carpets back to life and the whole house has a new fresh clean aura to it now.

Completed a Pre Move-In carpet cleaning. Bonus room, staris, 3 bedrooms. Fast, efficient and highly recommended!!!Previous owners had a dog (black lab) which left fur all over a white/cream carpet. Bryan worked some magic, got rid of dog fur + pee stains and restored some high traffic areas back up to shape.Smelled like a livable place once Bryan was done. Also removed allergens.Everything was VERY WELL explained during consultation, very personable gentleman, respects your living areas and will ask which areas you want and will also provide recommendation on services.Leaves the house looking great and smelling great!
