Stuck in the 80s in terms of technology and convenience.Also, the attitude from staff is rather appalling.If you're thinking to invest in Regina, just don't.

This place is stuck in the 1990's. They collect thousands of dollars in parking tickets throughout the year, but some how do not offer credit card payments for their water utilities. Instead they fumble around the topic and mention something regarding provincincial legislation" then force you to come down to city hall

I just wanted to send a thank you to the driver who was collecting recycling on Hansen Cres on Jan.19/23 at around 1 in the afternoon....it's not often that a city worker will get out of his truck to pick up a few things that fell on the ground to put it back in the bin and then empty the bin again. Thank you...wish more people who worked for the city were like you.

The advantage person works 9-5 or 8-4 mon-Friday. How is someone supposed to pay there ticket if they would like to go in. I’m a young adult I would much rather walk in then deal with mailings. You guys should REALLY be open on weekends…

The Regina City Hall is a medium size building in town, looks mighty and straight tall. Compare to the Saskatoon City Hall, it is way taller and higher quality decroaction.However, city hall helped citizens dealing all taxes, tickets, insurence and different issues.You need to make recervation if you need to have the Mayor.
