Looking for help to find wheels and winter tires locally I reached out to Tim and his team about getting smaller wheel size on my model 3 performance. Tim asked me to visit and tested a few rims to verify proper fitment even though they were busy. Thankfully I did and he was able to get me 19 wheels that look great and some Toyo winter tires too. I am so happy I came across the Forward Auto Advanced Car Shop! I was treated with respected as a (female) customer by the Forward Auto Team. I felt save and confident that my car is in good hands, because of how transparent, and efficient these guys are. The booking was quick, I didn’t have to wait a long time for my appointment. They took a minimal amount of time to fix my issue and charged me for the replaced parts below the average market value (from what I could tell). They answered some of my additional questions (for free!) giving me their honest opinion. I would highly recommend reaching out to Forward Auto next time you are looking for a trustworthy team of mechanics.

My car needed new breaks and I called around a few shops but everyone requested to leave a car for at least a day . Forward auto was the only place that fit me in and were able to fix the car right away! Tim and his team are the most honest and kind mechanics in Ottawa! Sargis was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the work that was being done. The prices were also very reasonable – much lower than what I expected for the quality of work that was performed.Overall, I highly recommend Forward Auto and will definitely be returning for all my future car needs.

Forward auto did a great job adding my new rims to my 2023 Tesla model 3. I had been searching for a while and they gave me a reasonable price for the rims, sensors, bolts, and service. Highkey recommend Tesla owners to contact them for rims!

Had a really amazing experience getting a new set of rims and tires on my Model Y. Price was good and customer service was even better. The owner Tim is clearly very passionate about what he does and spent a lot of time with us discussing different options. We sent him a message really late at night and were very surprised with his prompt responses. I highly recommend his quality service.

I got winter tires on rims with TPMS sensors installed and programmed for my car. The service was great and fast and I definitely recommend Tim and his team. Also Tim always goes the extra mile to help you find a solution for your needs.

The best tire repair shop in Ottawa . Had an emergency on the road , found this tire shop on Google and decided to go with it , because of the reviews . It didn’t disappoint me , the guys were willing to stay after hours to install the tires for me . Definitely recommend it to everyone and will use them again in future .
