Today I went to kfc and I got great service. One girl her initiate alphabet might be A and she is working on front and worn red t shirt. She is giving awesome service to all customers.

The food was okay.The cashier was okay...it was her first day yesterday. My issue is one worker who decided to use his ungloved hands to put wongs in the fryer. He touched surfaces,his nasty pants,various unwiped surfaces then TOUCH THE FOOD ITEMS.I asked him if he wears gloves and he replied yes but he was on a break.I reminded him that even if you are helping to prepare someone's meal,you don't get to touch their food. He only repeated yea but I was on a break and was just helping". He could've just come the washroom on his break and touched everything. Gotta be consistent with sanitary practices

I just left the mall location and wanted 4pcs of regular dark chicken. I was told i had to wait 15-20 minutes for the chicken to be ready. Needless to say that i didnt wait around for that. HOW does KFC not have ANY chicken ready to sell?! Unbelievably disappointed.

I would give them 0 rating but dont have option . This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved . I myself have worked in restaurant field 5 years but have never seen such unprofessional behavior even in non buzy hours . Although manager tried to apologies for staff behaviour but staff showed no sign of apology but kept on laughing saying she is not rude , man are you serious , when customer who is paying you 60-70 dollars want to see your size of box you say come in line when you are ready to order . This is highly unprofessional that all the team members kept on arguing despite of their mistake . Secondly if customer is not here to pick , are we yelling ? She kept on yelling until I ran from other store to her to see her oh my god seriously reaction being unresponsible member of team . Manager have nothing to say to staff team but kept saying its buzy . I dont think so its a capable team to build up business . Yelling at customers in my heole carreer well I never did it non of my team does in past 5 years . Scary

Totally disappointed. I ordered veggie burger but Miss Lema gave chicken but instead of veggie burger. I showed to all staff staff two times that it’s a chicken burger but they all said no it’s veggie burger however it was chicken burger. I can’t trust on these staff members.

Location is conveniently located in the centre of mall. Neat and clean and all necessary Covid precautions were in place. The manager or the supervisor was veri friendly.I have given 1 star for the cashier at the order desk and wish there was an option for even less. I don’t know if the person was a trainee or what. First I was over charged then I found my food stuff missing. I had a valid discount coupon which was not honoured I could not understand why.Over all when my food came it was cold. The cook is not great either. Bottom line watch your bill what you are charged for and what is inside your bag handed over to you.All in all horrible experience.Please do not rip off someone’s pocket.

The chicken was burned, hard and stale. Ordered a 4 piece and they gave us the smallest pieces. We paid for this order and it's someone's dinner. You should take more care in the preparation of food and consider your customers. Do better! Wont be coming back to this location. Terrible food and service!
