We were looking to replace our front window. Several other companies tried to sell us a completely new window and frame. When I got western to come in Vinh told me it was not necessary to replace the frame. He gave me a outstanding price and I would highly recommend him and his company.

I just contacted this company to purchase a Casement Locking Latch that can be bought Monday-Friday for 25$ at ANY window or door company.Because it's Sunday, and I seemed quite desperate for the part, the person on the phone, (Vin) asked for $75 for this piece.Attempted Robbery in my opinion.I even offered 50$ to compromise and he said no because I'm a, ONE TIME CUSTOMER" as he stated.Very bad business"
