We use to do all our insurance here but never again.As the staff has changed so has the service. we had all our policies here but found out that we were being over charged and did not even have the insurance we required.Not to mention we were over charged 500 dollars a year on one of our insurance policies.They do not return phone calls very well and if they do it is days later.Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

I have been renewing my insurance through this branch for years, but no more. I get that they are part of Interior savings, but if I wanted to be sold services I would watch an infomercial. There are now ads for loans through the bank, random products ( glass cleaner ) at all the desks. The agent tried to sign me up for a bank account with Interior Savings....just ridiculous. The whole experience seemed like a massive upsell.If I wanted a loan, I would go to the bank...if I wanted glass cleaner I would go to Canadian Tire....Just handle insurance.
