Had issues with the rental. The manager Alexander. Leo was quick to remedy the situation I was very pleased with the results, he understood my issues and did not try to negotiate with me he just fixed the problem I will be back again to rent at Enterprise

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I’ve been to a few locations and Norwood by far is my favorite. Check in was fast and easy, I selected a small suv and was given choices. I was offered all the additional services/coverages, but wasn’t forced into any (I did opt for one). I needed to extend my reservation, which wasn’t an issue and also easy. Checkout was a breeze! Both employees I interacted with were personable, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I didn’t have any issues, questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them a million times over!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I started renting with this location the same day I had a horrible experience with a Brockton, MA location who told me to come to Norwood because the Brockton location did not have any cars to rent nor did they give a courtesy call of some sort to at least inform me the following morning (I made my reservation the night before) that they did not have any rentals. However, I am not here to express what a horrible experience I had with that location as soon as I walked in but rather shed light on the Norwood location and the above and beyond customer service they provide! I have rented with this location maybe 5x’s so far in the last month or so and every experience I have had deserves 5 stars. I have encountered different employees throughout my reservations and each one has treated me as if we all have known each other for forever. They ensure the vehicle I have a reservation for is something that fits my budget and the reason for my rental. Prior to handing the keys over, they have given a thorough explanation of the insurance coverages available and the daily rate you will be charged as well as do an inspection of the vehicles interior and exterior with you to note of any damages to the vehicle. They will also ask you if you have any questions about the vehicle or how it operates before you pull off and if so, they are more than willing to ensure your comfortability! There has not been one vehicle I have rented with them where I ran into an issue and the rental process is complete within 10 minutes upon me arriving and drop-off for me is usually after hours so they have a box at the front door for you to leave keys when it is outside of business hours. Two things to keep note is that they do require a $300 deposit (debit or credit) and the location can be easy to miss so I would recommend taking your time 5 minutes prior to the destination so you don’t miss the right turn as it is located on the side of the building so the entry into the parking lot can be a bit confusing at first. A special thank you to the General Manager of this location who is very welcoming and kind when you come across him as well as to the employees Jake, David, Molly, and Nick whom I have worked with while renting here to the point where I signed up for Enterprise+ benefits to get points towards free rentals with every reservation.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
My rental through Enterprise was done through my insurance company. They were quick to drop off the car for me and also pick it up. Rental was an SUV, which was a bonus. All employees of the Norwood, MA branch were nice and accommodating. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I was given a rental that the maintenance light came on two days into the rental. I called and was told it should be fine for the remainder of the rental but soon after the car died and had to be jumped. I had to use my AAA because Enterprise would have taken two hours to come.Replacement rental also had maintenance light come on, but was fine for the remainder of the rental. Enterprise is usually great and is my go-to. for car rental.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Reserved a mini van a couple months a head of time as we required it for our large family with two car seats and a lot of luggage.I called day of arrival two times prior telling the Norwood location I was on my way ( I needed picked up so they knew I was coming and confirmed my reservation)When I arrived on time at 130pm, I was informed there was good and bad news". The bad news was that they had already rented all SIX min vans on the lot. The good news was I got a "luxury" upgrade. I find it unacceptable that this place had 6 car types available that day and sold them all before I arrived at 130 pm despite me having a reservation. Other people at the time were there too also upset about their rental not being available.The luxury upgrade that I didn't want was a SUV that did not easily fit my family or luggage. The car seats were hard to install and we're only possible to put in one configuration.I took rental as I had no other choice at time but our trip was much more difficult not having the appropriate vehicle type I reserved. This difficulty was caused by Enterprise Norwood location inability to take reservations and honor them for the car type requested.The lack of appropriate car type caused us to make multiple trips to train station dropping off people and traveling with the children was much more difficult than it needed to be.After leaving bad feedback in survey and contacting enterprise customer service

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
My rental was out of the Norwood, Ma location. The whole experience end to end was excellent. Alexander Leo did a great job getting me onto the rental of my choice quickly and easily at a great price. When I returned the car, Molly was extremely kind and made the returning the car so easy and quick. She was happy to drop me off at a local dealership! Overall excellent experience! Thank you.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
My car has been in the shop for two weeks now and I was finally able to get a rental until it was fixed. I called the night before for a rental and the woman on the phone was pleasant and very helpful. Jodi picked me up a little later than expected the next day, but it was only because they were slammed that morning and were doing their best to get customers to and from the office and in cars as soon as possible. She was friendly and pleasant during both our drives. Alex was manning the office alone and was very professional from the minute I walked in. He handled an angry customer calmly and to the best of his ability with the limited options he had at his disposal. You could tell he was trying to be as creative as possible to find cars for people as fast as possible. When I asked about the possibility of renting an EV if one came in, he actually found one in a nearby branch the same day and quickly arranged for me to get in the car at the same price. A job well done for both of these employees dealing with obstacles outside their control while still providing great customer service.

Gracie was helpful and informative. I was unfortunately involved in an accident and required a rental car while my car was being fixed. Enterprise and their great staff were helpful, courteous, and prompt. They made the whole experience easy . The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this agency. Ask for Gracie.J

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Personally I would say this is the best branch. Having been to 2 other branches, I’ve noticed this one has the best staff. Very accommodating. In my opinion the best car availability. Last year I had to rent through my insurance due to my car being repaired and the Enterprise employee from this branch handling my case was amazing. He gave me the option to choose whichever car I wanted and also to switch it if I wasn’t happy. When I called in advance to switch my car, another employee who also treated me with the same respect was able to get the car ready and I was there for maybe 10-15 mins only to sign some paperwork. They were also able to drop off and pick up the rental from my repair shop so I wasn’t stranded having to find another ride to and from this branch.
