I was in a hurry to get a ring box and the owner helped me when I needed it most, even though ring boxes were not her specialty she went well out of her way to supply one for me. This really tells me that she cares for her clients and that she will go above and beyond for satisfaction.I also looked at her products online and was impressed so I will definitely be using Refractions in the future!
