Kayla is absolutely fantastic. With such a wealth of knowledge she has been able to pinpoint what exactly is not firing or functioning properly and give specific exercises to help correct & strengthen. I have seen drastic changes in my body and am living pain free in a short amount of time. She sends me detailed at home routines and exercises that I can complete with limited equipment neccessary. She helps me to stay motivated and working towards my goals. I will remain a client forever as she is able to continuously challenge and inspire me to keep going. Thank you for all that you do.

Kayla is an amazing coach/trainer! I have done Pilates classes in the past and the one on one training at Maven Fitness has been tailored to my strengths and weaknesses has taken my practice to the next level. Each session is unique and yet manages to build upon previous movements and exercises learned. I noiticed an improvement in my running form, flexibility and posture after only a few sessions. Not only is Kayla a knowledgeable teacher, she is friendly and personable and truly takes an interest in getting to know the people she works with on a personal level!

Kayla is knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. She responded to any questions I had and explained and guided me to find the best solutions to my movement issues. Her studio is perfect for a focused 1 to 1 personal workout. I would highly recommend her!

I absolutely LOVE Maven Fitness. Kayla is incredibly knowledgeable and an enormous amount of fun to work with. She's customized a training program that is uniquely tailored to my strengths and weaknesses. I just completed my first 10 weeks and my body is moving and feeling better than it has in ages. Pilates is a phenomenal workout (Pilates burn is a real thing, lol) that works for all fitness and age levels and Kayla truly does take care and make sure that your body is aligned and moving the way it should be, which reduces possible pain and injuries. I looked forward to my weekly sessions with Maven and highly recommend you give it a try!

I am so glad that I was able to connect with Kayla! Kayla truly cares about the health and well being of her clients. Even though her Pilates skill and knowledge are clearly extensive she is able to meet you on whatever level you are at - without judgement. On top of all of this, Kayla brings an amazing positive energy to each session! I sincerely look forward to every session!! Such a beautiful space! I felt extremely comfortable and challenged in the workout. Kayla, the instructor, really pushes you to your full potential with incorporating all 5 principles , especially when Pilates was very new to me. I highly recommend Maven Fitness, as they get you out of your comfort zone while introducing you a new and fun workout routine. Bicep curls are my new favourite exercise when on the reformer!

If I could describe my experience with Maven Fitness in one word: EXCEPTIONAL.Like many other new moms, my postpartum journey was filled with lots of joy, excitement, anxieties, sleepless nights & physical aches & pains from both my pregnancy & carrying around my not so little bug! Working with Kayla incorporating pilates into my postpartum journey was the best decision I made. Kayla's passion for Pilates is infectious & she created such an individualized program for me that after just under two months of working with her, my right sided pelvic & groin pain that I had been suffering with was relieved. Kayla will not only be the best coach you work with but will also become a friend who will push you to be your best self!! Get inspired and connected because I know I sure have! Words cannot express how thankful I am.

Kayla is a rockstar! She took me on as a client at 28 weeks pregnant. Her knowledge and expertise in Pilates and how it could be implemented to help prepare my body for childbirth was beyond impressive. After a thorough postural assessment and just four sessions, I was blown away by the improvement in my overall alignment and increased strength. She also sent me home with “homework”. After each of our one on one sessions, she provided me with a summary of our workout from that day and a detailed description of exercises for me to perform at home. As someone who was completely new to Pilates, I was slightly nervous about what I had signed up for, but Kayla made any and all nerves disappear immediately! She is bubbly, personable, well educated and an all around great coach, who genuinely puts the success of her clients first and foremost! Do yourself a favour and go see Kayla! Her space is super clean and adorable too!

What can I say? My experience with Kayla at Maven Fitness has been amazing. The knowledge and enthusiasm she brings to each and every session is first class. Being able to play golf pain free and improve my game each and every time I work with Kayla, has brought new excitement back to the golf course. I am so excited to see where she can take me on this journey and always look forward to our next session. I would without a doubt recommend Maven Fitness!!!! 5 stars all the way!

I am 7 months pregnant and have been working with Kayla for over 5 weeks. She is so knowledgeable and so thorough while teaching!I have been feeling so good after our sessions each week! I feel stronger as my Pilates skills and movements improve!!! Love ittt!
