Spoke to KAREN after being transferred to monthly parking department and she literally gave no answers, spoke rudely and cut the call. Is this what customer service has come down to? Horrible.

No one is ever in the office past 6pm. Car was broken into here, they didn't care.

it is a very misleading rate board when you come into the garage at a quick glance. and you will be surprised with you rate actually paid when you leave. Crazy hungry for money. will never come again. never.

Good parking location if you're going to IKEA. Didn't have the negative experiences some other reviewers shared, but my stay was short.Pros:* Good location for IKEA and Aura Concourse (accessible by stairs/ escalators)* Tap to pay with credit card* Pricing seems fair (provided that they actually charge what is advertised. This is a standard parking lot structure located below the shopping centre at College Park. It is a convenient place to park, but it does cost a few dollars to park here. If you drive a car and prefer to park in a covered location with some good security, this is a parking structure to consider.

Do not take a Truck into this Car Park. I took my F-150 here - its fits in all other downtown lots that I've used - however because of several low hanging objects in this car park at 777 Bay St, I left with a smashed sunroof. $2000+ bill for 10 mins of parking.

Came and parked there yesterday. Only had a debit card on Apple Pay so the guy said we could come in and pay with it. Upon trying on his mobile machine, my tap wasn’t being accepted for which I was told my card was the problem, even though I had been using it all day to shop. My friend also tried her tap from Apple Pay and that wasn’t accepted either, but lo and behold, something was wrong with both our cards based on his judgement. From there the man proceeded to tell us there was no way he could let our car out, and that we had to go and get the $10 somehow, even after we told him it was impossible considering we didn’t have physical cards, where our only resort would have been to ask random people for money, that’s how low he wanted us to stoop. After saying I’d need to call emergency assistance because I was stranded, he got really loud and aggressive. But finally found a solution that existed the entire time; he gave us a carbon copy piece of paper upon which it wrote we owed the $10 that had to payed in the next 48 hours. From there, he was able to open the gates for us, which he could have done without the blatant disrespect and dishonest on his part, and which he could have done the entire time he was insistent that nothing could be done. We had even showed him our bank statements to show that we had money, because the way he told us to go get the money even though we had the means made it seem like he didn’t believe we were actually able to pay. However, it gets even worse. When we went to go pay the $10 parking amount, the online system said he charged us $50, when we have a clear piece of paper with his signature that says $10 (I can provide proof for all of this). The customer service provided here was extremely unacceptable and I would also go so far as to say racist, since he saw the way we were dressed and got rude and unmanageable. This occurred yesterday, August 24, 2022 at 16:30. Employees should be taught better customer service than that. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

Ugly parking lot, people peeing on cArs, the garage is really dirty And the staff are so unfriendly.Avoid this place, cheaper and better options in the same block.

Avoid by all means!!!I parked at this place at 3.09 pm and left at 6.10pm I was charged $37 dollars /flat rate for the day parking $25 plus $12 rate after 6 pm till 6am !! I called office to check if this was a mistake and person in charge was rude to me.AVOID!!!!
