They were nice guys and did a good job promptly. The only drawback is their pricing. 300.00 to take a couch out of my house, load up fairly easy stuff that was easy to load on a pickup with a couple side boards.

I have used Dump Runz in the past with great experiences. This time was no different. I had leaf debris that needed removal and they were on even though the snow was falling. I find the company friendly and dependable .

Reliable and punctual are just two of the best qualities of this company. Friendly customer service too! They left the area completely clean of any debris after my bathroom renovation, including all the drywall pieces. Highly recommend!!

Loved the timely prompt service! - from Jasmine on the phone to the gentlemen who came to pick up our items. Really appreciated getting a call back right away & having an appointment scheduled within a couple days was great timing for us - my husband and I both enjoyed the fact we didn’t have to plan a month out to have all the stuff removed. The choices in size of bins was a definite bonus! Highly recommend

We were doing a major clean up at our summer place and were able to book on short notice. Our location is remote, they found it, efficiently loaded all of our junk (including 2 fridges and a hot water tank) and were gone in about 30 minutes. No fuss at all. Very pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend!

They removed garbage from my property. The people slammed my recycle bins together so hard that I cannot pry them apart! I paid them for their work and they promised to return to my home to separate them 4 days ago. I have left several messages and they haven't called me back. Not only do they take your garbage and run, THEYDO THE SAME WITH YOUR MONEY!!! Useless.
