Ben is very accommodating and prompt. He’s very knowledgeable. Not only tuned the piano but unstuck some keys as well.A nice person and wonderful piano player. This is the third time we have used his services and will continue to do so in the future.

Benny provided amazing service. He was very responsive while we communicated to setup the appointment, and sent reminders as the appointment date came closer. He arrived right as scheduled and completed the work quickly.To top it all off, the piano has never sounded better. Definitely going to use his services again in the future!

Benny Riggi is amazing. We just got a used piano for our son and it was in desperate need of tunning and maintenance. We were give Benny's number and he was able to book us in right away and was very flexible with our busy schedule. When he arrived he was polite and respectful and a joy to work with, he even put on blue booties so as not to dirty the house. He oiled, tuned and maintained the entire piano in about 1 hour and the difference is very noticeable. Thanks so much and we cant wait to see Benny in a year to do it again.
