Great selection on holiday items even to cute knick nacks. Hours are good and even blow up ballons for a very affordable price. This place helps keep your budget on track for daily needed items.

Worker followed me around store and made it extremely obvious. Very creepy and uncomfortable. Woman brown hair 35-50ish. I will never go back.

Terrible customer service. I picked up an item and put it back where I found it not realizing it was in the wrong section, went to the next aisle over where my friend accidentally dropped an item on the ground. A worker then came over to us with the original item in hand and started screaming about how we were making the store a mess and how we need to learn how to clean up after ourselves and when I told her I put the item back where I found it she gave me possibly the dirtiest look I’ve ever seen. Wish people who hated their jobs didn’t take it out on the customers but hey, what can you do..

The manager at this location is fantastic and so helpful. I pick up items in bulk and usually call to see if they are in stock and to put them on hold etc. every time I go to pick up the items usually glassware it is packaged/wrapped and waiting for me. I come from Niagara Falls just to shop at this store bc of the customer service.

Very poor customer service. It was the 2 middle aged staff that were very unprofessional. The younger staff were very sweet though. I used to work in customer service so I am very understanding (especially during Covid-19) but I found it just terrible how one of them spoke to me. I will not be shopping at this particular store anymore. They also are not properly sanitizing down the high touch surfaces as other locations are. Sorry to the two younger ladies working today (at 3pm) that were doing a great job!

I bought few items and want to exchange those. Staff was so rude and shows clearly they are doing rasium. Way of talk . 2staff ladies were there both's body language was so so unacceptable when they talk. Very Veryan staff behaviour.

Cashiers were so pleasant and friendly. Store is clean and well stocked.

Was here this evening . Had to get wrapping paper and tape. Seen a employee(red head, mid 20s , black rim glasses) talking on the phone in the middle of the store , I need to ask a question. I waiting standing back out of the way until she was done , figuring she was helping a customer.. but when I heard her say … “ no , I’m stuck here working in this depressing place “ I knew it wasn’t a customer , finally she looked up at me and gave me this look …As much to say , can I help you? Cocky like.I was asking for a bathroom but , was bluntly told no. I was in the store for like 15 min or so line ups at the cash ; one girl working while (Red) continues to chat on the phone not more than 20 ft from the cash .Terrible atmosphere, dirty … step ladders leaning on shelves. Empty shelves .. won’t be back that’s forsure lol. If the manager or owner reads this … you need to shuffle your staff … they are toxic.
