Riders plus is a brokerage that finds the best insurance for cost for their clients as most brokers do. I have been dealing with Krystal and hands down she knows the business and understands her clients needs. She always does what is within her power to make everything right as rain. Which is all anyone can ask for.Much appreciate her attention to detail and educating myself with some logical in and outs that I could understand. Vinnie who was helping me insure my new purchase was very helpful and made it as painless as possible. I contacted riders plus for account log in issues. The phone was answered promptly by Damian who resolved my issues with a minute. Pleasant, efficient and very helpful. Great company and employees.

I have insured my Motorcycle with Riders plus insurance for many years. I have enjoyed great rates from them the entire time. Last year I sold my motorcycle and somehow my insurance did not get cancelled. I phoned up and spoke to a very calm agent named Dorothy Colaco who assisted me with the proper steps to have a full refund of my overpayment. She instructed me to obtain the date the new owner registered the motorcycle I sold with the ministry of transportation. I sent Dorothy back an email with a photo id the ministry print out with the date of transfer as and she took care of the rest. Dorothy followed up twice with me to make sure I was comfortable with the time of the process and kept me in the loop. I have to say, she is great at her job keeping a client calm in what is usually and uncomfortable call in most cases when trying to solve an issue like this through customer service. Riders plus is on the ball with hiring the right agents to speak to their clients and they are lucky to have Dorothy Colaco manning the lines. I will be a customer for life! All the best. Matt Shapiro
