Kelli was fantastic as well as her co-worker Antonio. She was very professional and answered my emails right away and had my screen installed within days of my order on Costco.ca. She was very diligent about the quality of the install, and making sure it worked smoothly. She also explained my warranty, and how I could contact her if I needed any help at all. Well we finally made the decision to purchase and have a retractable screen door installed. Kelli was across the street doing an installation and I got her card. Our screen door was, I thought, in need of replacement. Kelli asked me to send her some photos, which I did and said they could fix it with a mesh replacement. They came and did the repair, took less than an hour and the screen is like brand new. Both Kelli and Neil were friendly, helpful and really knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them!

Instead, I just texted her a picture of my doors and she sent me quotes and pictures back immediately.When they came to install, Kelli and her dad were very accommodating, efficient, and did a stand up job installing these custom screen doors (my doors are 8ft. tall). She was reliable, flexible and friendly (her dad even played with my toddler through the window).
