Chu's Martial Arts World

My four year old son started attending the after school program this year. He absolutely loves taekwondo and all his teachers. The owner and staff are so caring and attentive! I feel as though we are part of the martial arts family! The school facility offers a huge space and is pretty clean. I would recommend this martial arts school to anyone that may be interested.

My daughter had a birthday party at this place last week, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Four instructors were helping out, and they were all very friendly, professional and supportive. Parents could relax and enjoy socializing while kids were having fun. All parents and kids had fun and proudly told their grandparents about their experience after returning home (especially the board breaking part). We are seriously considering registering my daughter here for the Taekwondo lesson soon.Thanks to all CMA staff for providing a memorable experience for kids!

Great classes and workouts! The Taekwondo and MA FIT classes are great for all ages and skill levels. Every training day is a new experience, and you get a thorough workout. The instructors are very knowledgeable, respectful and encouraging. Great atmosphere overall and I highly recommend this club!

We recently held my son’s 6th birthday party at Chu’s and we’re very impressed by the whole experience. The kids had a blast, grown ups had a comfortable place to relax and watch the fun, and the price was less than what you would pay to rent a space at a community centre. Best of all, the instructors were fantastic with the kids and kept them busy and active with fun games, activities, and a short beginners class for 1.5 hours, leaving just just enough time for food and drinks. Highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a fun place to host a kids party.

My kids have taken both Judo and Taekwondo there for a few months. The teachers are FANTASTIC and my kids love going. My kids are currently enrolled in Chu's Spring Break camp, and they are loving that, as well. I highly recommend Chu's to others!

Chu’s Martial Arts is fantastic. They are so great with my kids. They are loving the summer camp program and I feel good knowing they are safe and in good hands. They teach them discipline and respect as well in the Taekwondo classes.

My child has been going to Chu's for after school care for a couple years now and loves it. The staff are good with children and every day I pick my child up, they ask to stay longer. It's also a great program because they pick my child up from school and the kids get martial arts classes daily. That means I don't have to drive them around to get to class! The classes are engaging, diverse (they teach a variety of things such as the patterns, work out routines, sparring, etc) and they teach positive growth, learning from mistakes, discipline and respect. The owner and coaches are very hands on and engage with the children. Thank you Coaches for all that you do! My child loves it and has learned a lot and is looking forward to coming back to in-person =)

We all enjoy Chu's martial arts as a family. My 11-year old son has been a part of the Taekwondow high performance team since 2016. Master Phinney is a friendly professional coach. He does absolutely great job to accelerate the high performance team to the national and international levels. Master Chu 's taekwondow classes are full of discipline, high level work out, and fun.I joined the MA fitness class on Feb 2018, few month after I gave birth to my daughter. I truly enjoy the MA fitness classes both physically and emotionally. My body is getting back to what it used to be, I have much stronger core and overall muscles, I learned very useful kick-boxing and self-defense techniques, and my energy level is up to the sky after each and every session. Thanks to Sahar and Master Chu for doing a fabulous job.Chu's martial art academy is a must to go for every family. We all enjoy, so why not you !!!!:)

Chu is an excellent coach and very professional and active . He helps specially the kids to be well trained and he has his own way and style and present them in a nice way. He deserves the 5 stars. I gave 4 only because I am rating the school in general . There is a big room for improvement on the facility itself. The floor is very cold because we have to take off the shoes before we get in to the waiting areas waiting for our children.There is a water dispenser but no cups , it will be better to have few plastic cups for emergency cases when someone forgets to bring in his bottle.The waiting area chairs should be from a better quality and the wash room need more attention .However , I recommend this socially for children and generally for adults . Old people need to check with their doctors prior to enrolling
