Purchasing the hot tub could not have been any easier. We live in Kamloops, but we purchased from Kelowna, so I was not sure how this would work. The service was great for both purchasing and setting up!! I had questions when I got back to Kamloops, like what were the dimensions and where was the electrical panel located - all my emails and questions were answered promptly. The service to set up the hot tub was amazing right from organizing the date and time until the hot tub showed up at our house - very professional. We made the right choice - we love our hot tub. It fits perfectly in the space we choose.

Jeff took care of all our hot tub needs and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process the engineering of the tubs, the integration of the chemicals and all features that are expected. Extremely wonderful salesman and would recommend Jeff to anyone.

Dave in sales was extremely knowledgeable and professional and Glenda in the shipping made the delivery and installation extremely easy. The installation team setup it all up and explained everything in great detail.I would recommend talking to Dave before buying from someone else.

We had a great experience when purchasing our hot tub from Premium Pool and Spa for our new build. They were extremely knowledgable and helped us through the entire process. Our build was delayed and they had no issues storing it for us. The hot tub was delivered and installed in a timely manner, followed by throughout explanations on how to operate our unit. We were extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend Premium Pool and Spa!

We are thrilled with our new hot tub. We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the store. Big Red was very knowledgeable on their products and was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. The delivery team was friendly and courteous and the tub itself is a gamechanger for us! We highly recommend Premium Pool and Spa to anyone that is considering getting into a hot tub, you won't be disappointed!

Our jacuzzi J355 hot tub has arrived! We absolutely love the looks of this beautiful tub and even more so the many benefits that provides to my sore muscles.
