Aerosports Trampoline Park

Amazing Park. Best place to have fun in niagra region. Staff is polite. Place is nice and clean.Recently, we celebrated our daughter's birthday at Aerosports St. Catharine's, and we couldn't have asked for a better time! The personnel was outstanding and caring. They completely prepared the party space for us, added decorations, and inflated balloons. As a parent, it was wonderful to see my daughter play with her friends as the Aerosports staff set up the party area and assisted with serving our guests. Additionally, the location was spotless and well-mannered. Any parent seeking to have a birthday party here, I would suggest!

We had our sons 6 birthday here and it was not only fun but ran so smoothly! Our host, Audigan was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He kept us aware of his location at all times so that if we needed anything we didn't have to go searching. I didn't have to do any set up or take down myself in the party room so I was able to just focus on watching the kiddos have fun. For 10 kids the price was very reasonable and everyone had an absolute blast. Highly recommend a party here.

Brought my 2 toddlers for the first time. It was smaller than I expected but still big enough to have plenty of space to jump. Glad we only went for an hour. The staff was nice. If you have toddlers i'd probably recommend to go during toddler time or when it's less busy. We went early Sunday morning and started getting busy with older kids. We still had a lot of fun but I think it would have been better with kids in the same age group.

Great place to take the kids or grandchildren to burn off some of their energy while you get to watch. Would definitely go again.

Our eldest daughter 19 years of age wanted to bring her little brother who is 4 yrs old Autistic non-verbal to Aerosports Trampoline park. This the second time we visited establishment. The first time he had a sensory overload and had to leave within 5 minutes of arriving. We paid and mentioned to the staff our son is Autistic before going in to jump. Once he had an overload we went back to the desk to the same staff member and asked him if we could get a refund since our son didn't jump at all and we are leaving within 5 minutes of arriving. The staff told us no but can give us free tickets to come back.Today we used the tickets so she can bring her brother to jump. He came in and he was overwhelmed by all the kids running and crossing over him at the trampolines and he was having a sensory meltdown again. Our daughter seen there was a quieter section of trampolines she could bring him to in order to help him.He started to calm down and began having fun jumping with her. Then a staff member came and started yelling at them and she tried to ask him if he could stop yelling so she could explain that her brother is Autistic but he continued to yell and even though my 4yr old son is non-verbal he can understand him and his anger towards him. She left the area because he wouldn't stop yelling.The lack of care, unprofessionalism and aggression towards a child with Special Needs is a serious problem. There is no inclusivity at the establishment and no older staff and management to address issues to from what I experience and read from other reviewers.Such a terrible experience & for my 4yr old to take that in and witness such disrespect towards him is a serious issue.

Everything was great except for lack of supervision. Attended today and I went 3 times to complain about 3 boys who were pounding 2 young kids with balls, and threatening to hit them. The first crew .member talked to the boys. And they in turn threw a ball at him, hitting him in the back. He just walked away.Very sad that these 3 boys(who were at a party) wearing a green, blue and black t-shirts. The 3 boys followed these kids hitting and pushing .them until they left.These kids should have been asked to leave. The staff need better training in handling bullies.

My daughter had a blast it was worth it relatively fair price
