The workers on day shift are friendly, and more professional. The ones on afternoon shift, are clueless not very respectful. I go to this location every morning, afternoons I drive by.

Was pretty excited about the #Carolinabbqquarterpounder and the taste of the hickory smoked bacon strips and this is what I got. Never mind they only got the cheese on half of the burger. They also got our order wrong and left out an order of fries. Such a disappointment.

This is the Caledonia store im talking about... drive through very slow, systems down, medium coffee ordered double double... no sugar. Wife ordered med smoothly, was only 2/3rds full, complained at drive through window. Male staff didnt care, said thats how the machine works. Funny, been ordering these all summer at other locations and get a full portion. Just a shut up attitude . Very disappointing.

This place is nasty. Do you like eating surrounded by mess and garbage? Then why are you making customers do that? Washroom are so disgusting can’t even use them.

Staff was extremely rude. I order the McChicken and was told they were out if chicken and then the server just walked away and after about 5 minutes another server came who was very efficient but oh so very rude. The take out and seating area was all but empty and when I got my order the food was cold NOT IMPRESSED with that place I don’t think I will be visiting there again.

I frequent a lot of Mcdonalds for coffee while I'm working depending on which area I'm in, so I'm use to a lot of slow service, which isn't the case here. This one is always consistent and quick, kept clean, been here hundreds of times, never an issue.

Pulled into the drive thru, of course I get stuck behind someone who's ordering 12 different orders. He then proceeds to start changing them at the first window. Kudos to the staff at the second window who told him to pull ahead into the parking lot and wait. Got my order right away.
