Wanted to return some parts (over $200 worth) I had bought after I had fixed my car following some engine troubles but the store had already closed half an hour earlier than their stated closing time with no notice posted! Had to postpone my trip back home because of that.Also, both times when I had gone to buy and return said parts nobody behind the counter wore face-coverings. This seems to be a trend at parts stores around here? What's the deal, are they somehow immune to Covid-19???

This is only place in Ottawa still with a machine shop, machine shop operator is awesome helpful. Parts counter is knowledgeable and helpful prices are very competitive.

Ordered parts gave credit card number and waited 3 days to hear nothing finally I call them and he claims he lost my number and wanted to call me to tell me that he can't order the part. I now have to wait even more time to fix my car that needs to be fixed right away because of unprofessional practice. Maybe dont write my number on your hand and waste my time. Thanks for nothing. First time I tried using them and it will be the last.
