I was told initially I would be getting very decent prescription drug coverage, so I signed up. Then, after paying $225 dollars, I am contacted saying I would only get $500 of prescriptions covered. Then I explain that I was only signing up to get drug coverage and I want to cancel. They then call me at least 10 times over 2 days trying to get me to stay on board. I was promised a refund, which I still haven't gotten. This whole company seems shady at best. Avoid at all costs.

prescription coverage is very limited, unlike BlueCross seems everything that been PRESCRIBED is covered.But I guess still dependent on coverage you got or your company got you. But whatever it is, still thankful I still have some coverage rather than nothing.

It took 4 attempts each sitting for over an hour to have my calls answered. Twice it just said we have an error please try again after holding for 63 minutes. Total disregard for your client's time. The lady who eventually answered was extremely rude, unfriendly, very little knowledge...every answer was I don't know, I don't know. She barely let me speak and her tone was so condescending. I will be reporting all this to the 2 unions and letting them know how aweful Canada life is to deal with. Very unhappy! Do better Canada life.!!!!!!

This is just terrible service. Ive been on hold waiting for the next available customer rep available to answer my call for more than 1hr and nothing until their closing time. Its hard to talk to someone especially when the information I need is not available anywhere on their website and online app.

Terrible customer service, rude and condescending, expect to be on hold for HOURS. Coverage is garbage, always expect it to be denied by them. It feels their business plan is:1.Deny claim2.Make wait times to call so long people give up3.ProfitUPDATE:Online claims forms don't work, but don't worry, the e-mail form is hard to find and there is no weekend phone center suport.

I have a category under Heath to have orthopedic shoes covered and just had my claim denied despite having a prescription including diagnosis for needing them because they were not custom." They definitely will try to deny claims or find an excuse to not pay out your claim."

I am trying to access my work benefits and it is a pain. I entered my info and it was unable to verify. I called them they told me to try Zach instead of Zachary. And even told to change the spelling of my last name by using t’s instead of the f’s. That didn’t work. The advise given did not help my situation.

Just sat on the phone for an hour and 32 minutes to find out why my claim was denied only to get a message that they are having problems with their system and to call back. Are you kidding me?

Hi ,I submitted a claim on 11th Feb 2022. sent 4 reminder email till today, finally they responded as declined , no reason and bizarre communication why it is declined not mentioned in the email , if we call 30 minutes waiting in the line they do not care and transfers from one person another. If you never sent an followup email they wont respond and you never knew it was declinedPlease improve the response time via phone.Please improve the web interface , it's hard to find why it is declined.I strongly recommend not to buy this insurance. Waste of time , there is no importance to customer's time.

their software intentionally puts most claims on Under Review" and then no notes on what to do for weeks on end. forcing you to call them
