I did the Intro to Cold Water Therapy. It was a lovely experience! They were very thorough in explaining everything that was going to take place, and did an excellent job with the setup. Would recommend them if you’re wanting to check out ice baths and cold water therapy!

We have taken several cruises with Darren! Great food, beautiful scenery, and we always leave relaxed and happy. Definitely a must do for any couple or a family outing.
