Highly recommend this funeral home. I never thought I'd be in a position to recommend one anytime soon, but they are phenomenal. Jason was extremely kind, and considerate the entire time that my fiancee and I dealt with the home. He made things feel less overwhelming in the worst days of our lives, and went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes for our baby girl. It truly helped lessen the burden on us, especially since everything we went through was so unexpected and traumatic.

Klassen Funeral Home helped us tremendously in a very sad time for our family. They were able to plan and organize the service quickly since most of the family was from out of town. They were very kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They responded to our texts and phone calls quickly and were always available to us. I chose Klassen funeral home on a whim because another family member had held a funeral there. Well what a great decision I made. From the moment we were in touch Jason was kind and understanding. He was sensitive to our needs and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. We had decided to order a fingerprint ornament and Jason is going to deliver it to us personally. He absolutely goes above and beyond for his clients and I recommend choosing Klassen to anyone who is looking for a funeral home. What a lovely experience during such a hard time.

Staff were super friendly but we would not recommend, unless you are ok to pay more than elsewhere, with less quality service. We cremated my husband and my grandmother within a week from one another my husband was with Klassen, my grandmother with Coutu. With Klassen we paid $3600, and with Coutu $2300 for the same services. Coutu didn’t just hand you the paperwork, they filled it out for you!
