Some of the worst service I've had ever. Took the boat in to diagnose a potential fuel issue, they apparently took the boat down to the river, backed it into the water and ran it on the trailer for 15 min and said nothing was wrong. Was also told they inspected the fuel system and found no issues even though one of the inline filters clearly has a faulty connector which anyone should have seen. So at the end of the day I paid $500 for them to store my boat for almost two months and then eventually change the quick connector for the fuel filter (after I pointed it out and told them to fix it, resulting in another 2 week delay). Welcome to Terrace where the lack of choice leads to lack of service!

I brought my Arctic Cat snowmobile to Neid Enterprises for a new handlebar, throttle controls, windsheild, and for a tune up. I was given a quote of just under $1000 including taxes of which about $450 is the price of parts and the rest in 3 1/2 hours of labor. I asked specifically for a phone call to discuss any work that might push my bill over the quote. When I picked my sled up today my bill was $1436.00 I trusted this business and now I'm paying for it.
