It was my first pilates experience and I recommend here so much! I like the cozy vibe and nice staffs, especially my pilates instructor Zoe Kim. I have been standing for so long bc of my work so the hamstring areas have been all clumped up. She checked my body and figured out what workouts are best for me. My legs got better and she cared what I should do usual. I’m planning to get sessions with her more!

Highly recommended! Friendly receptionist, knowledgeable RMTs, acupuncturists, chiro, and physio & kin! On top of that, pilates instructors are very helpful, guide exercise thoroughly! :)

I go to both Port Moody and Coquitlam location for my private sessions. Knee pain is improving so much and acupuncture after session really helps.

Clean, friendly and excellent customer service! Love the positive vibe and knowledgable instructors! Plus, full of rehab treatments in the clinic are a bonus when I visit the studio. Pilates and get my massage after, best place ever!
