The stylists are excellent in their roles and my hair cuts are always very nicely done. They are very patience and take their time to ensure the hair is done perfectly.But my issue with the salon is their lack of customer service. I have called multiple times for the last 3 days to try to book a hair appointment. I have left 2 voicemails and have had no returned calls. I have kept trying to call every 30 mins or so in hopes of reaching an actual person, but no such luck. How do you not return a customer's calls?! I understand that when they are busy with a client and unable to attend to incoming calls. But 3 days with no return calls after 2 voicemails is absolutely unacceptable.Please reflect on your customer service and replying to your customers in a diligent manner.

Very professional and friendly staff. Love my style and color. Daughter loved her hair cut as well. And decent price also. We will be going back.

amazing staff and servicesi've been going here since i was 13 and have had multiple highlight/balayages and each time they've turned out amazing!i also had a very big chop there that i was very nervous for but it turned out exactly how i wanted it and i love it!i would personally like to recommend Clinton especially for colour/highlight/balayage

Great barbering, professional service and very accommodating staff. My hair is awesome every time from military to tattooing and my vivid Colors o love this place and all my freinds go there too !

On the recommendation of a friend, I went to Cut&Design and I was very pleased with my cut! The staff were welcoming and friendly. The stylist gave me her recommendations for my type of hair and gave me an excellent cut! Very pleased!

You NEED to go see Clinton!I cannot recommend Cut and Design, and Clinton in particular, enough! Clinton is the ONLY stylist I'll see - after years of screwing up and going to see other people only to have them nearly destroy my hair. He practically reads my mind! And has saved my hair more times than I care to mention... seriously, he's the best of the best! Everyone asks who does my hair, and I'm never shy to say I'd go anywhere for Clinton :)

Great haircut ( from long hair to a pixie cut) from Cherie. I’ve gone to many high- end Salons over the years, purposely searching out the talented hairstylists (because a great haircut builds my confidence) while living in Montreal, Kitchener, and most recently Barrie; I have already found a stylist here in Fergus shortly after my move here. Cherie ranks right up there with the best of these I’ve had over the years. She is a very gifted, talented, stylist; she gives a precise, well thought- out haircut and to my surprise, very reasonably priced. (My priority has always been the talent of the hairdresser rather than the price).I also appreciated the way she quietly works away, not making me feel I had to engage in a conversation, while maintaining a friendly demeanour at the same time.
