The customer service Andrei and Altrua provided were hands down the best I've ever experienced. Other brokers brushed my wife and I off, but Andrei fought for us to buy our first home, and we know without him it never would have happened. No matter the setbacks (and there were many) Andrei never gave up helping us secure our starter home. On top of this, he helped break down the financial and logistical aspects of securing a mortgage in a simple and detailed way we could understand. Don't go anywhere else, you will not get the same service that is available through Altrua.

Working with Brent was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and professional, explaining the entire process and what to expect. I was getting anxious getting closer to my renewal date that I had not finalized a rate yet but Brent assured me that he was working on getting the best rate possible for me, and did he ever! He even providing multiple options to see what best suited me, ultimately getting a rate well below what any bank offered with better terms! He is very responsive and answers questions clearly.
