Has my last Porsche with Prestige, poor experience move me to BMW. When I wend back to purchase a new Porsche (April19,2023) I was not especially well reviewed, no water / coffee, kinda of ignored. When i went to the receptionist and asked to get a salesman, waited, waited, no one, asked again , waited… was quicker to drive to Porsche Rive Sud, where i got welcomed, quick response, was intending on purchasing a Porsche for Myself, ended up getting one for my wide also.

We had an absolutely best experience with Porsche Prestige and now enjoy our Porsche Macan we bought from them. Our salesperson, Abi Shun, was knowledgeable, courteous and always trying to accommodate all our needs. The same can be said about Hagop Sarkis who provided a pre-delivery intro for us - he made this process easy and comfortable.I rarely give the highest possible grade in my reviews, but everyone in this Dealership does an absolutely stellar job for their customers, so 5 stars are totally deserved here.I would recommend them to everyone in Montreal area.

Service department never called backed for 3 months. No follow ups. Left voice voice mails and messages through their reception etc.Got 1 star because the parts department was great. Else it would be 0 stars.

The service department is terrible. I've left 3 messages to two different service advisors with no call back ever!!!! Called again yesterday with an urgent breakdown and specifically stated that I needed to speak with someone before the car shutdown. 24 hours later still nothing. If you don't show up in person, good luck in getting anything scheduled.

Was looking to buy a Porsche Cayenne GTS coupe, was completely ignored at the dealership, even the salesman wasn’t really interested in providing more details and selling the car. Went to BMW dealership ended up buying a BMW x6 M competition. Very happy with the purchase and service. Not going back to Porsches Saint Laurent dealership even I’m planning on buying a 911

Soumia Asstour, Service Advisor at Porsche Prestige St-Laurent have always provide tremendous service in a professional manner.I have brought in my vehicle to the body shop several times in the last few years due to very unfortunate accidents and each time Soumia will properly assess the damages before recommending any repairs. I would not trust my vehicle to anyone who lacks proper experience or knowledge.
