Appraisal was done same day (I requested in the morning and full appraisal was completed in the afternoon!), which saved my rush deal! Can't ask for more. As a brokerage we use many appraisal companies to serve our clients. McFarlane Appraisals has always been excellent at creating a good customer experience and getting reports back in a timely manner. We will continue to use them for our clients in the Barrie and surrounding area.

Not many places where I would offer a review on a Friday evening at 9:19pm…. Nevermind before the Christmas holidays…. But MCFARLANE Appraisals earned this review. Their professionalism and kindness has been such a blessing. With all of the changes in the industry due to COVID, we have learned to “roll with the punches” and all the while, Steve, Beth & Mimi take one less pressure off of the process. They truly care about every outcome and have one of the highest service levels during this chaos than I have seen in the last 15 years in the business. “Google 5-star” does not offer this team enough!
