Great service as always. They make some of the best bubble tea. Can customize however u like as long as they have the flavor u want. Ie: i asked if they can make a passionfruit honey dew and it was so delicious. Anf the pearls are so soft and tasty unlike the ones from tnt or freshly squeezeAlways my go to bubble tea place

I have been here many times and the Bubble tea is always very good. The service is usually good as well, but I went today to buy some bubble tea and got the absolute WORST customer service experience. The lady at the counter was very rude when I was ordering and talked to me like I was stupid. She mocked me for asking if there is ice in the freshly brewed green tea or if it is served hot.I will not be returning due to this and will have to find a new bubble tea shop to go to. Very disappointed in this experience.

I came late and Thai was very helpful! I was indecisive on my order all I said was something fruity and he recommended me the Strawberry Mango Yogurt it was amazing!! Thanks for making my night!(freeze dried berries are from dollarama)

Don't buy Bubble Tea here. Taste just like only water with tapioca. Maybe it's just this location not sure, but it's TERRIBLE.

I ordered a pina colada frozen yogurt. My daughter, a cookies and cream frozen yogurt. What did we get? The pina colada froyo is made by taking scoops of vanilla ice cream, some pineapple chunks, some water, blended together, with coconut sprinkles on top. It looks like a lot but the centre of the dessert is empty. Same with my daughter's, but hers was made even more strangely. Instead of using Oreo's Cookies and Cream ice cream (which they had RIGHT THERE to use), they used vanilla ice cream, same process of creation as my froyo, but then how did they get it to taste like cookies and cream? Poured some finely grounded black stuff (Oreo's?) that looked more like coffee grinds, sprinkled on top. We WON'T be going back. Was it a cool treat on a hot day? Yes. Was it everything it should have been for the price we paid? Not even close.

I am a regular at the froyo franchise. I always eat their ice cream without a problem. However, this time the mint froyo I ordered turned out to be a disappointment. The froyo was noticably sour and was clearly made with expired milk. It was inedible and I had to throw it out halfway through eating it.

Wonderful experience at this location. Always a smile and fast service.Had a matcha taro frozen yogurt with fresh strawberries and mochi on top. This was recommended by the guy working there as I wanted something unique and yummy.I must say, this is so good.

The frozen yogurt is edible (uneven and has ice chunks), but definitely AVOID the bubble waffles. They use PANCAKE BATTER and not even cooked through.Would we come back? No.Should you try? Maybe only the frozen yogurt.

Very good selection of flavors that you can use to build your own as well as a nice selection of premade froyo if you're too lazy to choose. The rose green tea one was really and also looks very pretty. Overall a good place to stop by while shopping for a slightly more expensive, premium snack.

It's a little loud in the building so you need to sorta yell your order but that's not the company's fault whatsoever. Friendly service and no matter what you order you will NOT be disappointed, it's always delicious. This place was my gateway to bubble tea
