I have to be honest, I went to this store two nights ago and the experience I had with customer service was really bad, but I had to go back yesterday morning and what a difference! the manager, the rep at the return section and the cashier were all great and very accommodating. Kudos for changing my mind about this store.

We were driving home to US from Canada when our low tire light came on. They were able to squeeze us in quickly and repair the tire so we could get back on the road. Great customer service ! Merci beaucoup!

Was travelling from Kingston Ontario to Miramichi New Brunswick. I had picked up screw in the sidewall of a tire. The tire was unrepairable. Gerald and the team really helped me out. Gerald and co workers helped me pick out new tires and had me back on the road in about an hour. I don't speak very much French. It didn't matter. Several team members assisted with translation. All were very accommodating and polite. I honestly wouldn't have made it through Plaster Rock NB without these new tires installed. Thanks again for making a bad situation a lot better.

On my return drive from PEI, I had a tire blowout and every team member there was very helpful - parts counter for buying the tires, and service advisors for scheduling the appointment and when I came to pick it up. Everyone was able to serve me competently in English, which was a huge relief when we were already stressed out by the tire blowout!

The best service ever .We had a flat tire on our trailer 1000km away from home and they had it fixed and back on the trailer in no time.They even helped us in English the best they could .The automotive department was amazing .Thank you sooooooo much guys .Merci .
