They made a serious mistake on my stepdad’s tombstone. My mother originally went in and filled out paperwork with the correct spelling of his name and they ended up misspelling his name on the granite tombstone. Now they don’t answer the phone and are not offering to fix the mistake. Can’t get ahold of anyone This is an extremely unprofessional company they don’t have any empathy and don’t know how to spell correctly either.
