I am sharing my experience to live over there.. before you reach end just say not good place for living ".I took over lease from another tenant and live there 7 months..i moved on 28th day of march( other tenant have also paid rent but not living there and give me permission to live there ) and they charged me for whole month parking. This is insane..i m ready to pay for 3 days..but this is literally ripping the people.. building doesn't not have elevator so you have to lift all your belongings day to day .even doesn't have garbage chute so have to lift your garbage and dump to very far from your house where garbage bin there.. there are not able to maintain the building cleanliness. I had requested many time to change window liner(mosquitoes or bugs protector) but just give me false promise . when i rented nothing is cleaned my apartment that's come under property .they must have to clean after someone move but when i wanna left they enforce me to clean everything otherwise charge $500 dollars. Laundry is also downstairs and expensive than other apartments . I wish i could give negative star for this distinguish property.But not good place to live. There are ripping you each and every stage"
