Fantastic selection of shoes and boots. However, customer service is highly lacking. I came in and the employees were chatting behind the counter. An unwelcoming greeting was given and no direction to the men's sections was given. I was wandering in the wrong section before I found where I wanted to go. No one talked to me while I was looking at the men's boots section and I had to go to the cashier counter to get a size to try out. The associate that helped me didn't even try and solve my problem of finding a boot. I came in looking for a specific boot but I would have been open to trying similar pairs. I would have spent money but the service that I got was just not accommodating. I am very reluctant to recommend this place. You are probably better off ordering online elsewhere or looking at small work wear stores that carry the same boot. Better service.

I love the location and unique selection. I was in there a few days ago with my daughter and granddaughters. We bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter - waited forever for someone to greet us. When they finally came over and got us the pair of shoes - they immediately went back behind the counter and we were ignored. I then wanted to try on a pair of shoes - and same, it was obvious we were bothering them. Anyway, I did buy the shoes because I loved them. It was a very frustrating experience though and I will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Your employees are hurting your business.

Cool shop with interesting shoes. They’ve moved from their previous location, but I like this location better. Despite it being not quite as bright, they have a MUCH larger selection. If you’re looking for some new and interesting shoes/boots check these folks out!

Terrific selection. Masterfully merchandised. Cool space. Comprehensive website. Tip of the hat to their in-house shoes: good value there. Loss of one star for the staff - efficient maybe; but distractingly unfriendly on my last visit.

Such an incredible gem of a store on 17th. They stock an ecletic and curated range of global brands. I fell in love with their quirky shoe offering.

Super dope store layout. Lots of great picks. A lot of people on here are complaining that the staff is not approaching them but as someone who enjoys roaming around stores unbothered I find this great. I feel so uncomfortable and rushed when staff approach me feeling like I have to buy something when I just wanna look around. Nothing was stopping me from walking up to them and asking a question if I had any. So yeah this store’s great. Unfortunately I find the prices to be absurd. I understand these seem to be local brands but over 10$ for a single pair of socks is crazy to me. I think a regular plain sweater was around 100$?

I love the selection but it is almost impossible to buy shoes here. Every time I come the staff are behind the counter chatting or on the computers and don’t speak to the customers. If I ask to try on a pair of shoes they deliver them and then immediately retreat behind the counter again. It’s so difficult to get any customer service that I always leave a bit disappointed and buy my shoes elsewhere.
